1. Insall Java on your computer https://www.java.com/
2. Run "Java Control Panel" (configure java)
3. In panel "Security" allow "Enable Java content in the browser", choose security level as "High" and edit site list where you need to add next URL https://svm.webhostingzone.org:5656
It should look like the image below:
4. Log into your VPS 'Control Panel' i.e. https://svm.webhostingzone.org:5656 through browser Internet Explorer (many other browsers do not support Java anymore) and enter your username/password.
5. Select the required VPS.
6. In the next page click on "VNC" button.
And if needing, allow run Java script.
In the final result, you should see the following window:
