Signing up for the services creates a contract between you and WebHostingZone, and by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms of service. We reserve the right to add, change, or amend any portion of the terms of service without notice, effective upon the changes being posted to this page. Your continued use of WebHostingZone means you agree to any and all changes made to the terms of service.
OBSAH WEBOVÉ STRÁNKY
WebHostingZone customers are solely responsible for their own website content. It is your responsibility to ensure that all scripts, programs, or any other files installed under your account are secure and that all permissions are set properly, regardless of how they are installed. Users are responsible for any and all actions done on their hosting account.
WebHostingZone services may not be used to infringe upon any copyrighted or trademarked material. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized copying or sharing of music, written works, images, or any other copyrighted works. If it is found that an account is hosting trademarked materials, the account will immediately be terminated without refund. If an account is hosting copyrighted material without authorization, the copyrighted content will be removed and account may be suspended. If an account repeatedly violates copyright laws then the account will be terminated without refund. Please email support@webhostingzone.org if you believe a website is hosting your copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.

Examples of unacceptable material hosted on WebHostingZone servers include: IRC scripts, proxy scripts, warez, IP scanners, bruteforce programs, spam scripts, mirror scripts, commercial audio streaming, sale of any controlled substance, gambling/gaming websites, fraudulent sites, live audio/video streaming, image hosting, etc.
WebHostingZone servers may be used for lawful purposes only. We may monitor our servers for lawful purposes, including to ensure that account and information use is authorized, to protect against unauthorized access, and to verify account and server security. During server monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes.

PŘENOS WEBOVÝCH STRÁNEK ZDARMA
WebHostingZone offers one free account transfer for every new hosting customer. We will make every effort to transfer the hosting account successfully from your previous host to our servers. Due to the possibility of other hosting companies having a different server configuration than WebHostingZone, we can not guarantee that any or all data will be transferred successfully. The hosting account will be transferred ‘as is,’ meaning we can not guarantee that the data will function the same after the transfer. The free transfer is only available within the first 45 days of the hosting account being created, and the total size of the account can not exceed 2GB.
SPAMOVÁNÍ
WebHostingZone has a zero tolerance spam policy. Any account found to be sending unsolicited email, bulk email, or any other form of spam, will result in immediate account termination with or without notice. Purchasing and using emailing lists or selling of lists will constitute as email spamming.
We reserve the right to disable any website, database, files, or any other account feature that is found to not comply with our spam policies, with or without notice. In the event that a WebHostingZone server is blacklisted due to a hosting account sending spam email, any charges for blacklist removal will be charged to the owner of the hosting account.
ZÁLOHY
Customers are ultimately responsible for backing up their own website content. WebHostingZone offers backup services as a courtesy, and we can not guarantee that we will have a backup of your hosting account stored on our servers. Our backup service runs once a week and overwrites any previous backup we have. We only backup accounts that are under 1GB of total space, and do not keep any backups on file of accounts larger than 1GB. You agree to take full responsibility to maintain all backups of your hosting files and data stored on our servers.
VYUŽITÍ ZDROJŮ
Všechny hostingové účty budou mít nastavené počáteční kvóty pro místo na disku a šířku pásma. Tyto kvóty jsou dostatečně velké, že na ně přes 95 % zákazníků nedosáhne. V případě, že dosáhnete svého místa na disku nebo kvóty šířky pásma, jednoduše kontaktujte náš tým podpory a vašemu hostingovému účtu bude přiděleno více zdrojů. Aby bylo možné přidělit více zdrojů, musíte aktuálně využívat více než 90 % současných zdrojů a účet musí splňovat naše podmínky služby, aby bylo možné poskytnout více.
Váš hostingový účet není určen k ukládání nebo sdílení souborů. Pokud celkové množství souborů nevyužitých pro běžný provoz webu (e-maily, záložní soubory atd.) činí 15 % prostoru hostingu, nelze navýšení poskytnout. Naše servery jsou nakonfigurovány tak, aby byly optimalizovány pro provoz webových stránek a nikoli pro zálohování souborů nebo e-mailů.
Záložní soubory jsou určeny k uložení na jiném místě, než je server, kde je webová stránka hostována. V případě, že je pro ukládání e-mailů využíváno velké množství místa na disku, můžeme požadovat, aby byly e-maily před navýšením místa staženy do programu třetí strany (Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, MacMail atd.).
Účty WebHostingZone jsou omezeny na 200 000 inodů. V případě, že účet využívá více než 200 000, může být vlastník účtu upozorněn na používání účtu a pokud nepodniknete žádné kroky, může být účet pozastaven. Každý soubor na hostingovém účtu (webová stránka, e-mail, obrázek atd.) tvoří 1 inode.
Hostingové účty nesmějí využívat 10 % nebo více systémových prostředků (CPU, paměť) po dobu delší než 90 sekund. Pokud se zjistí, že účet překračuje tuto částku, proces může být bez upozornění ukončen nebo pozastaven. Činnosti, které mohou způsobit takové problémy, zahrnují: FTP, PHP skripty, CGI skripty atd.
ZÁRUKA UPTIME
WebHostingZone guarantees a 99.9% network and web server uptime. This is calculated over any given 12 month period. This guarantee does not include areas in which WebHostingZone has no direct influence including, but not limited to, backbone provider failures, DNS issues, denial of service attacks, connection issues between the client and our servers, etc. In the event that we do not meet the 99.9% uptime guarantee 1 additional month of hosting will be credited toward a hosting account. To request the additional hosting credit please email support@webhostingzone.org with justification.

All services provided by WebHostingZone are provided to the customer “as is” with no warranty or condition of any kind, either expressed or implied. WebHostingZone makes no representations or warranties that the services will (a) meet your requirements, or (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. WebHostingZone will not be held liable for any damages or losses a customer’s business may suffer. WebHostingZone is not responsible for any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of services.
Právo odmítnout nebo ukončit službu
Vyhrazujeme si právo odmítnout, pozastavit nebo ukončit službu jakémukoli jednotlivci nebo subjektu podle vlastního uvážení, s důvodem nebo bez něj a s předchozím upozorněním nebo bez něj. To zahrnuje mimo jiné situace zahrnující porušení našich smluvních podmínek, nezákonné nebo neetické používání našich služeb, neplacení nebo chování považované za urážlivé, ohrožující nebo škodlivé pro naši společnost, zaměstnance nebo uživatele. Neneseme odpovědnost za žádné škody nebo ztráty vyplývající z takového odmítnutí nebo ukončení služby.

Souhlasíte s tím, že odškodníte a ochráníte společnost WebHostingZone, Inc. a naše dceřiné společnosti, přidružené společnosti, ředitele, vedoucí pracovníky, zaměstnance proti jakýmkoli nárokům, ztrátám, požadavkům, škodám, výdajům, vyrovnáním.
TYTO PODMÍNKY SE MOHOU ZMĚNIT
Vyhrazujeme si právo kdykoli bez předchozího upozornění upravit nebo změnit jakoukoli část podmínek. Jakékoli změny vstoupí v platnost po zveřejnění revizí na těchto webových stránkách. Na této stránce bude vždy uvedena nejaktuálnější verze našich podmínek pro přidružení. Vaše další používání našeho přidruženého programu po zveřejnění jakýchkoli změn bude znamenat váš souhlas s uvedenými změnami.
