By signing up for WebHostingZone hosting services you agree to follow all terms and conditions referenced on this page. Signing up for the services creates a contract between you and WebHostingZone, and by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms of service. We reserve the right to add, change, or amend any portion of the terms of service without notice, effective upon the changes being posted to this page. Your continued use of WebHostingZone means you agree to any and all changes made to the terms of service.
WEBSITE-INHOUD
WebHostingZone customers are solely responsible for their own website content. It is your responsibility to ensure that all scripts, programs, or any other files installed under your account are secure and that all permissions are set properly, regardless of how they are installed. Users are responsible for any and all actions done on their hosting account.
WebHostingZone services may not be used to infringe upon any copyrighted or trademarked material. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized copying or sharing of music, written works, images, or any other copyrighted works. If it is found that an account is hosting trademarked materials, the account will immediately be terminated without refund. If an account is hosting copyrighted material without authorization, the copyrighted content will be removed and account may be suspended. If an account repeatedly violates copyright laws then the account will be terminated without refund. Please email support@webhostingzone.org if you believe a website is hosting your copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.
WebHostingZone-hostingaccounts mogen niet worden gebruikt als back-up of opslagruimte. We raden u ten zeerste aan om alle accountback-ups te downloaden en op een andere locatie dan het hostingaccount op te slaan. Examples of unacceptable material hosted on WebHostingZone servers include: IRC scripts, proxy scripts, warez, IP scanners, bruteforce programs, spam scripts, mirror scripts, commercial audio streaming, sale of any controlled substance, gambling/gaming websites, fraudulent sites, live audio/video streaming, image hosting, etc.
WebHostingZone servers may be used for lawful purposes only. We may monitor our servers for lawful purposes, including to ensure that account and information use is authorized, to protect against unauthorized access, and to verify account and server security. During server monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes.

GRATIS WEBSITE-OVERDRACHT
WebHostingZone offers one free account transfer for every new hosting customer. We will make every effort to transfer the hosting account successfully from your previous host to our servers. Due to the possibility of other hosting companies having a different server configuration than WebHostingZone, we can not guarantee that any or all data will be transferred successfully. The hosting account will be transferred ‘as is,’ meaning we can not guarantee that the data will function the same after the transfer. The free transfer is only available within the first 45 days of the hosting account being created, and the total size of the account can not exceed 2GB.
SPAMMEN
WebHostingZone has a zero tolerance spam policy. Any account found to be sending unsolicited email, bulk email, or any other form of spam, will result in immediate account termination with or without notice. Purchasing and using emailing lists or selling of lists will constitute as email spamming.
We reserve the right to disable any website, database, files, or any other account feature that is found to not comply with our spam policies, with or without notice. In the event that a WebHostingZone server is blacklisted due to a hosting account sending spam email, any charges for blacklist removal will be charged to the owner of the hosting account.
BACK-UPS
Customers are ultimately responsible for backing up their own website content. WebHostingZone offers backup services as a courtesy, and we can not guarantee that we will have a backup of your hosting account stored on our servers. Our backup service runs once a week and overwrites any previous backup we have. We only backup accounts that are under 1GB of total space, and do not keep any backups on file of accounts larger than 1GB. You agree to take full responsibility to maintain all backups of your hosting files and data stored on our servers.
GEBRUIK VAN MIDDELEN
Voor alle hostingaccounts zijn initiële quota voor schijfruimte en bandbreedte ingesteld. Deze quota zijn zo groot dat meer dan 95% van de klanten deze niet zal bereiken. In het geval dat u uw schijfruimte of bandbreedtelimiet bereikt, neemt u eenvoudig contact op met ons ondersteuningsteam en worden er meer bronnen aan uw hostingaccount toegewezen. Om meer middelen te kunnen toewijzen, moet u momenteel meer dan 90% van de huidige middelen gebruiken, en moet het account voldoen aan onze servicevoorwaarden om er meer te kunnen geven.
Uw hostingaccount is niet bedoeld voor het opslaan of delen van bestanden. Als het totale aantal bestanden dat niet wordt gebruikt voor de normale werking van de website (e-mails, back-upbestanden, enz.) 15% van de hostingruimte bedraagt, kan er geen verhoging worden gegeven. Onze servers zijn geconfigureerd om te worden geoptimaliseerd voor de werking van de website en niet voor back-upopslag van bestanden of e-mails.
Back-upbestanden zijn bedoeld om op een andere locatie te worden opgeslagen dan de server waarop de website wordt gehost. In het geval dat er een grote hoeveelheid schijfruimte wordt gebruikt voor e-mailopslag, kunnen we vereisen dat e-mails worden gedownload naar een programma van derden (Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, MacMail, enz.) voordat de ruimte wordt vergroot.
WebHostingZone-accounts zijn beperkt tot 200.000 inodes. In het geval dat een account meer dan 200.000 verbruikt, kan de accounteigenaar worden gewaarschuwd over het accountgebruik en als er geen actie wordt ondernomen, kan het account worden opgeschort. Elk bestand op het hostingaccount (webpagina, e-mail, afbeelding, enz.) vormt 1 inode.
Hostingaccounts mogen niet langer dan 90 seconden 10% of meer van de systeembronnen (CPU, geheugen) gebruiken. Als blijkt dat een account dit bedrag overschrijdt, kan het proces zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden beëindigd of het account worden opgeschort. Activiteiten die dergelijke problemen kunnen veroorzaken zijn onder meer: FTP, PHP-scripts, CGI-scripts, enz.
UPTIME-GARANTIE
WebHostingZone guarantees a 99.9% network and web server uptime. This is calculated over any given 12 month period. This guarantee does not include areas in which WebHostingZone has no direct influence including, but not limited to, backbone provider failures, DNS issues, denial of service attacks, connection issues between the client and our servers, etc. In the event that we do not meet the 99.9% uptime guarantee 1 additional month of hosting will be credited toward a hosting account. To request the additional hosting credit please email support@webhostingzone.org with justification.
Jaarlijkse verhoging van de servicekosten
Eén keer per jaar stemmen we onze servicekosten opnieuw af om te kunnen blijven investeren in de ontwikkeling van zowel nieuwe als huidige services en functies voor u, terwijl we concurrerend blijven op de markt. All services provided by WebHostingZone are provided to the customer “as is” with no warranty or condition of any kind, either expressed or implied. WebHostingZone makes no representations or warranties that the services will (a) meet your requirements, or (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. WebHostingZone will not be held liable for any damages or losses a customer’s business may suffer. WebHostingZone is not responsible for any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of services.
Recht om een dienst te weigeren of te beëindigen
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om naar eigen goeddunken de dienstverlening aan een individu of entiteit te weigeren, op te schorten of te beëindigen, met of zonder reden, en met of zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving. Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, situaties waarbij sprake is van schending van onze Servicevoorwaarden, illegaal of onethisch gebruik van onze services, niet-betaling of gedrag dat als beledigend, bedreigend of schadelijk voor ons bedrijf, onze werknemers of gebruikers wordt beschouwd. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade of verlies als gevolg van een dergelijke weigering of beëindiging van de dienstverlening.

U stemt ermee in WebHostingZone, Inc. en onze dochterondernemingen, gelieerde ondernemingen, directeuren, functionarissen en werknemers schadeloos te stellen en te vrijwaren tegen alle claims, verliezen, eisen, schade, uitgaven, schikkingen
DEZE VOORWAARDEN KUNNEN VERANDEREN
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om enig deel van de voorwaarden op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te herzien of te wijzigen. Eventuele wijzigingen worden van kracht zodra de herzieningen op deze website worden geplaatst. De meest actuele versie van onze affiliatevoorwaarden vindt u altijd op deze pagina. Als u ons partnerprogramma blijft gebruiken na het plaatsen van eventuele wijzigingen, betekent dit dat u deze wijzigingen accepteert. Als u niet akkoord gaat met de wijzigingen in de voorwaarden, beëindig dan onmiddellijk uw partnerrelatie.
