Our plans do not impose a fixed user limit, so adding more learners will not automatically block their access or trigger per-user charges.

As simultaneous activity and storage usage grow, you may need more server resources to maintain performance. If you expect an increase in usage or notice slowdowns, contact us so we can assess your needs and arrange an upgrade to a larger plan.
